11. Edition Tokyo / MITOSAYA COCKTAILS The Lobby Bar on the 31st floor of Tokyo Edition Toranomon is offering " MITOSAYA COCKTAILS ," a cocktail made with six types of mitosaya's distilled spirits (until February 2025).
10. Collaboration with OSAJI Skincare brand OSAJI has released a range of hair and body care items inspired by PASTICHE , a liqueur that mitosaya has reinterpreted from its own unique perspective, based on the traditional French liqueur Pastis .
9. MITOSAYA POP UP AT CHISE During the summer holidays , we held a pop-up event for mitosaya at the restaurant " Chise " in Ikoro Forest, Tomakomai City . It was a wonderful summer garden memory.
8. New staff and interns New members have joined mitosaya and CAN-PANY. The new staff members are making the most of their abilities in production and daily activities. In addition, we were greatly helped by interns from both Japan and overseas.
7. ANTELOPE "Lemon Curry Roux"
In collaboration with ANTELOPE, a meadery in Shiga, we created a mead called " Lemon Curry Roux " using herbs . We also participated in their event and gave a presentation on mitosaya.
6. PALS series is popular
mitosaya PALS is a subscription service by mitosaya . We deliver original and collaborative products once a month. This is also a fun project, as it is possible only because of PALS.
5. Hoshinoya "KUNUSHINA" on Taketomi Island
Together with Hoshinoya Taketomi Island, we have produced "KUNUSHINA," a distilled liquor made from the medicinal herb "Nuchigusa" harvested on Taketomi Island. Please see here for the story of how KUNUSHINA was born.
4. The ABCs of MITOSAYA ABC is an acronym for ALIVE, BASIC, CONDIMENTS, and is a new lineup of condiments. The first products released are herb salt, Worcestershire sauce, and grape vinegar.
