Farming Friday
At mitosaya, we aim to create an environment where many plants can grow vibrantly on the premises and to make it a place that visitors can enjoy. With the help of our partner Naeme, we are working on Farming Friday, a day to touch the soil and grow plants. (During the winter, we transform into Woodcutter Friday.)
1010 Project
Whether it's freshly picked herbs, over-harvested fruit, a professional recipe, or a new idea that could change the world, we'll bottle it right away and create a town filling station that everyone can use.
Distillery Class
Deepen your knowledge of distillation and become familiar with a lifestyle that involves drinking distilled spirits. This is a podcast run by distiller Hiroshi Eguchi, where he talks with various guests on the theme of "distillation."
Boso tribe
AMBESSA&CO in Minamiboso, Naeme in Kamogawa, and Mitosaya in Otaki - the Boso tribe is a joint project by three groups working together with nature in the south of the Boso Peninsula.
