Y.A.
Yea
YA is the smallest word we can use to describe our store, and it is the name of our small store where all of mitosaya's products are lined up. Please enter through the small door between the Y and the A.
Until now, we have communicated mitosaya through words and visuals on our website and social media; but at YA, you can experience it more deeply through the environment and space, conversations with us, and experiences such as drinking and smelling the fragrance.
We await you with seasonal produce, processed goods, limited items, and other items that can only be found on the spot, delivered from trusted producers.

MI
M
MI is a space where garbage is separated, and where you can get a glimpse of the daily activities of mitosaya. It comes from the first alphabet of mitosaya's name and also means "minimum impact."
We will collect your used mitosaya bottles and packaging materials. As a thank you, we will give you a drink ticket that can be used at "YA".
MI also has a compost area for collected fallen leaves, and a corner where people can take anything they want. By eliminating the boundary between unnecessary and useful items, we are creating a part of the "cycle" that anyone can take part in.

MI is a space for waste sorting and a glimpse into the daily activities of mitosaya, derived from the first letter of the mitosaya alphabet, which also means “minimum impact”.
Used mitosaya bottles, cardboard, and dividers will be collected here. In return, we will give you a drink ticket that can be used at “YA”.
“MI” will also have a composting area for fallen leaves and a 'feel free to bring your own' area, creating a part of 'circulation' in which everyone can participate by eliminating the boundary between unneeded and practical items.
