New Release / New product introduction



With the onset of spring, mitosaya will be introducing new flavors.

" QUATRE POIRES " is an eau-de-vie made using four varieties of ripe pears grown by Mr. Takahashi in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture.
This special dish was created in collaboration with "nin", a brand by the food collective "TETOTETO" @tetoteto0101 , and breathes new life into lost fruit.

New to the mitosaya seasoning series ABC is " Niagara Grape Vinegar ." This brewed vinegar was made from Niagara grapes by Naeme @naemekamogawa . It has a deep sour taste and can be used as an accent in dressings and cocktails.

" Summer Mandarin Marmalade " is made with a generous amount of summer mandarins that grow in the winter garden. It is finished with a gorgeous and deep flavor by adding sugar beet and lavender.

" Kiwi Moromi Sour Syrup " is characterized by its refreshing acidity, which comes from the power of fermentation, and goes well with carbonated drinks and cocktails.

" Eucommia and Nikkei Blend Tea " has a mild, nutritious flavor that's perfect for relaxing moments.

After aging in tanks, the newly bottled " BITTER BETTER " has a deep ruby color and is even more delicious.
