真冬の庭に、灯りがともるように明るい黄色で彩りを与えてくれているのが夏みかんです。重たく枝垂れる枝からみんなでもぎとると、バケツにたくさんの量が採れました。
今年は実も皮も全て使用したマーマレードに。てんさい糖の自然な甘みを加えて黄金色に仕上がったマーマレードの仕上げには、美瑛産の香り高いラベンダーを。
素朴ではない、夏みかんの新しい魅力を感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

In the midst of winter, the bright yellow color of summer oranges brings a touch of warmth and brightness to the garden. As we pick the fruits from the heavy, drooping branches, a large quantity fills the bucket.

This year, we’ve used the whole fruit, both the flesh and the peel, to make marmalade. The natural sweetness of beet sugar has been added, and the marmalade is finished in a golden hue. To complete the flavor, we’ve incorporated fragrant lavender from Biei.

We hope you’ll experience a new, refined charm of summer oranges, far from the simple flavors you might expect.
