キウイのオー・ド・ヴィー「TINY KIWI」の蒸留後のもろみを活用したプロダクトです。
ホエイの乳酸と糖を合わせて再発酵した後、mitosayaの「ナイアガラのグレープビネガー」をたっぷり加えて、酸っぱい！でも美味しい！キウイを丸ごと齧ったような味わいに仕上げました。
水や炭酸水で希釈してノンアルドリンクとして、とろみのついたテクスチャーは、オイルなしでも美味しいドレッシングとして使用できます。
キウイの種もぷちぷち楽しい、酸っぱさが元気をくれるシロップです。

This product is made from the lees of kiwi distillate. After combining the lactic acid and sugars from the whey and undergoing re-fermentation, we've added a generous amount of mitosaya’s original Niagara grape vinegar, resulting in a tangy yet delicious flavor that captures the essence of biting into a whole kiwi.

Dilute it with water or soda to enjoy as a non-alcoholic drink. Its thick texture also makes it a tasty dressing without the need for oil. The kiwi seeds add a fun, crunchy element, and the tartness of this syrup will energize you.
