We make jam from high-quality apples grown naturally in the Tohoku region, which are delivered to us every year. This time, we added a spicy freshness to the gentle sweetness. Mountain pepper (Ma Gao), which we received as a souvenir from Tainan, has a refreshing aroma similar to that of Japanese pepper. By adding this pepper in a luxurious way and BITTER BETTER , which is made by infusing mitosaya's various spices and fruits, we have created a special apple jam.

It can be spread on toast or yogurt, served with meat dishes, or used as a cold dessert such as ice cream.
