Shipping policy

送料は、日本国内の一部地域を除き全国一律500円（税別）となります。ただし、北海道・沖縄のみ1000円（税別）となります。
なお、商品を合計10,000円以上お買い上げいただきますと、送料が無料となります。
日本国外については、国ごとに設定した配送方法、配送料金が適用されます。
ただし、アメリカ、カナダ、中国、ロシアへのアルコールを含む飲料をお送りすることはできません。

配送方法について

配送方法は主にクロネコヤマト宅急便を使用します。原則としてお客様がお選び頂くことは出来ません。
日付指定や時間帯の希望は注文後にメールにて注文番号をお書き添えの上ご連絡ください。

基本的には注文後、2,3営業日中にお送りします。土・日・祝日は営業しませんのでご注意ください。
配送完了後、2～3日で到着いたします。（離島などの場合は3～4日かかる場合もございます。）
なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。

Domestic Delivery

hipping fee is 500 yen (tax not included) for all areas in Japan except for some areas. However, the shipping fee is 1,000 yen (tax not included) only for Hokkaido and Okinawa.
Shipping is free for purchases totaling 10,000 yen or more.

International Delivery

Outside of Japan, shipping methods and rates set by each country will apply.
However, we cannot send beverages containing alcohol to the U.S., Canada, China, and Russia.


Shipping Methods

We mainly use Kuroneko Yamato TA-Q-BIN as our delivery method. As a general rule, customers cannot choose their own delivery method.
If you wish to specify the date and time of delivery, please contact us by e-mail with your order number after placing your order.

Basically, we will send the order within 2 or 3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that we are not open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
After delivery is completed, your order will arrive in 2 to 3 days. (In some cases, such as on remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)
(This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held.
