Naturally grown apples from Tohoku are made into jam, with the skin still on. Roselle from Otaki is boiled together to create a beautiful crimson color. The fragrant fruit flavor, with a hint of plum liquor, and the tangy aftertaste of black pepper go perfectly with a warm meal.
