いすみ市の柿農家さん、金綱さんの柿畑で採ってきた次郎柿。mitosayaの庭でどの柑橘よりも早く黄色く色ついた柚子を合わせて香り華やかなジャムに。

バニラビーンズをたっぷり加え、一見和風な組み合わせでもある柚子と柿に、スパイシーなアクセントが効いた仕上がりになりました。加えたmitosayaのCINQ SECも爽やかに香ります。

The persimmons picked from the persimmon fields of Mr. Kanatsuna, a farmer in Isumi City, combines yuzu, which turns yellow earlier than any other citrus in the mitosaya garden, to make a gorgeous jam with an aromatic flavor.

The addition of plenty of vanilla bean gives a spicy accent to the seemingly Japanese combination of yuzu and persimmon.
The result is a spicy accent. The added our "CINQ SEC" also adds a refreshing aroma.
