Jiro persimmons picked from the persimmon fields of Mr. Kanatsuna, a persimmon farmer in Isumi City, are combined with yuzu, which turned yellow earlier than any other citrus fruit in the mitosaya garden, to create a fragrant jam.

The addition of plenty of vanilla beans gives the seemingly Japanese combination of yuzu and persimmon a spicy accent. The addition of mitosaya's CINQ SEC also gives it a refreshing scent.
