大多喜で育ったすももといちごだけを使った、小さな仕込みのオードヴィー。
すももは大多喜の最初の友人、野口さんの庭でたわわに実った一本の木から採らせてもらったもの。いちごは地元だからできる熟したいちごを毎日少しづつ分けてもらったものです。それぞれの果実を個別に発酵・蒸留し、香りや味わいの最も美しいバランスを探りながらブレンドしました。
すもものみずみずしくも奥行きのある果実味に、いちごのやわらかな甘い香りが重なり、軽やかな余韻を描きます。BOSOの土地と季節が生んだ、100本だけの特別な一本です。

A small-batch eau-de-vie made exclusively from plums and strawberries grown in Otaki. The plums were harvested from a single tree laden with fruit in the garden of Mr. Noguchi, Otaki’s first friend. The strawberries were ripe, locally grown berries that we were given a little bit of each day. Each fruit was fermented and distilled separately, then blended while seeking the most beautiful balance of aroma and flavor. The juicy yet complex fruitiness of the plums is layered with the soft, sweet aroma of strawberries, creating a light and lingering finish. This is a special edition of just 100 bottles, born from the land and seasons of BOSO.
