千葉県白子で無農薬栽培で生姜を作っている次百（つぐもも）農園さんの生姜で作ったジンジャーシロップです。生姜の辛味成分をしっかり抽出し、mitosaya薬草園蒸留所の庭で採れたミントをたっぷり加えました。辛味の中に爽快感のある香りのコンビネーションをお楽しみください。

炭酸水やお水、お湯などお好みのものに希釈して。ヨーグルトやアイスクリーム、お菓子のソースとして。

ビネガーやオイルを混ぜてドレッシングとしてお楽しみいただけます。

This ginger syrup is made with organically grown ginger from Tsugumomo Farm in Shirako, Chiba. We carefully extract the ginger's natural warmth and spiciness, then blend it generously with fresh mint harvested from the garden at MITOSAYA Botanical Distillery. The result is a refreshing balance of vibrant spice and cool, aromatic freshness.

Dilute with sparkling water, still water, or hot water to taste. It also makes a delicious topping for yogurt, ice cream, and desserts, or can be mixed with vinegar and oil to create a fragrant salad dressing.
