大多喜の晴れ晴れ農園さんの苺農園では春には様々な品種の苺が生産されています。毎日のお手入れの中で摘み取っていく苺の品種ももちろん様々。その、いろいろ苺を分けていただきシロップにしました。

色も、香りも強く華やかで贅沢。そこに、友人のやっている九十九里のポタジェから分けていただいたローズマリーをたっぷり加えてハーバルグリーンの香り鮮やかに仕上げました。

炭酸水やお水、お湯などお好みのものに希釈して。ヨーグルトやアイスクリーム、お菓子のソースとして。ビネガーやオイルを混ぜてドレッシングとしてお楽しみいただけます。

At Harebare Farm in Otaki, a wide variety of strawberries are grown each spring. As part of the daily care of the plants, strawberries of many different varieties are carefully picked along the way. We were fortunate to receive an assortment of these berries and transformed them into this vibrant syrup. Rich in color and bursting with the fragrant sweetness of ripe strawberries, the syrup is generously infused with rosemary from a friend's potager garden in Kujukuri. The herbal freshness of the rosemary adds a bright, green aroma that beautifully complements the fruit.

Dilute with sparkling water, still water, or hot water to taste. It also pairs wonderfully with yogurt, ice cream, and desserts, or can be mixed with vinegar and oil to make a fragrant salad dressing.
