5月になって白い星星のように暗色の緑に映えるネロリの花。開いては摘み取り大切に集めてシロップにしました。 花全体がそのまま煮溶けてとろりと濃厚な仕上がり。まるで蜂蜜のような味わいに、口中がネロリの香りいっぱいに広がります。 そのままヨーグルトやアイスにかけてお使いいただく他、お茶に一匙たらしたり、炭酸水で希釈してドリンクとしても。

In May, neroli blossoms appear like tiny white stars against deep green foliage. Each flower is picked as it opens and carefully gathered to make this syrup. The blossoms dissolve entirely into a thick, honey-like finish, filling the mouth with the full fragrance of neroli. Spoon over yogurt or ice cream, stir into tea, or dilute with sparkling water for a delicate floral drink.
