毎年たくさんの実をつけてくれる柑橘たち。その中でもひときわ香りが個性的な橙を使用したマーマレードです。皮を丁寧に細かく刻み、果汁を絞り、果肉は煮込んでさらに濾して、、とマーマレードのプロセスは根気のいる作業です。でも、毎年作りたくなるのは、その努力を遥かに超える、香り高い仕上がりが約束されているから。

今年のマーマレードには大多喜産の、無農薬の食香バラを加えてさらに華やかな仕上がりになりました。

ネロリの精油が取れる品種ならではの力強くも華やかな香りをぜひお楽しみください。

The process requires patience—finely cutting the peel, extracting the juice, simmering the pulp, and straining—but the result is always worth the effort, with a deeply fragrant finish. This year’s batch includes organically grown edible roses from Otaki, adding further elegance. Enjoy the rich, floral aroma characteristic of varieties used for neroli essential oil.
