KIWI MOROMI SOUR SYRUP

This product is made using the mash left over after distillation of the kiwi eau-de-vie " TINY KIWI ."
After combining the lactic acid and sugar from the whey and re-fermenting it, we add plenty of mitosaya's Niagara Grape Vinegar to create a sour yet delicious taste, just like biting into a whole kiwi.
It can be diluted with water or carbonated water to make a non-alcoholic drink, and its thick texture can be used as a delicious dressing even without oil.
The syrup is fun to pop with kiwi seeds and has an invigorating sour taste.

This product is made from the lees of kiwi distillate. After combining the lactic acid and sugars from the whey and undergoing re-fermentation, we've added a generous amount of mitosaya's original Niagara grape vinegar, resulting in a tangy yet delicious flavor that captures the essence of biting into a whole kiwi.

Dilute it with water or soda to enjoy as a non-alcoholic drink. Its thick texture also makes it a tasty dressing without the need for oil. The kiwi seeds add a fun, crunchy element, and the tartness of this syrup will energize you.
