Red and green shiso plants grew naturally all over the garden. I loved the refreshing, pleasant scent they gave off when I rubbed them against my feet, so I carefully saved some of them while weeding the garden and waited for them to grow big.
When fermenting large amounts of harvested shiso leaves, they take on a sweeter aroma.
The familiar and nostalgic scent of shiso has been blended with flowers and herbs with distinctive fragrances. Ginger lily has a spicy fragrance similar to ginger.
The slightly bitter yet refreshing aroma of the sea buckthorn and tea flowers also contributes to making this tea very unique.
The beautiful watercolor-like colors are a visual delight, and we hope you'll enjoy the steam that rises the moment you pour in the slightly hot water.
Transfer the water from the kettle to the pot, pour it over the tea leaves and wait 2-3 minutes before enjoying.

Red shiso and green shiso grow naturally here and there in the garden. I loved the fresh and good aroma that rises when it is suddenly rubbed underfoot, so I carefully kept it in my garden weeding and waited for it to grow big.
The shiso leaves that are gathered in large quantities are fermented to transform into a sweeter aroma.
We blended this shiso fragrance, which everyone feels nostalgic and familiar with, with flowers and herbs that have a unique and distinctive aroma. Ginger Lily has a spicy aroma, similar to that of ginger.
The bittersweet yet refreshing aroma of hamagou and tea flowers also played a role in making this tea unique.

Pour the hot water from the kettle into the tea leaves and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
