" Ikoro no Mori " in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. We received roses that bloomed during the summer from this wonderful garden. The roses in Ikoro no Mori, where many varieties bloom, are rich in color and fragrance, and are gorgeous.
A simple blend based on jasmine tea, with fermented camellia tea from MITOSAYA's garden added for a spicy sweetness.
The rose scent is more noticeable the shorter the time you brew it. The scent gradually changes to jasmine and the sweet scent of camellia, so we recommend starting from the early stage, about 2 minutes after brewing, and enjoying the scent over time.
Water extraction is also recommended.

The Ikoro Forest is located in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. We were sent roses that bloomed during the summer from their wonderful garden. The roses of Ikoro no Mori, which boast many varieties of blooming roses, are a gem in terms of color, fragrance and individuality, and gorgeousness.
A simple blend based on jasmine tea, with the addition of fermented mountain tea from Mitosaya's garden.
The spicy sweetness of the tea is also added.
The rose aroma is more noticeable in the short time after it is added. The aroma gradually changes to that of jasmine and the sweetness of mountain tea flowers, so we hope you will enjoy it over time, starting from the shallow stage about 2 minutes after brewing.
We also recommend brewing it with water.
