ジャスミンの花の香りをしっかり移したシロップに、MITOSAYAの庭に育つレモンの葉を鍋いっぱいに加えて爽やかなシロップを作りました。
苦味の出にくいレモンの葉は、青い香り、柑橘のもつ特別に華やかな香りに満ちています。この組み合わせはジャスミンの強い香りがネロリに通じる香りを放つことにヒントを得ました。
炭酸水や氷と割って爽やかなドリンクに。お好みのビネガーやオイルと合わせてサラダのドレッシングとして使っていただくのもおすすめです。
大さじ一杯ほど、グラス一つ分の希釈が目安です。

A pot full of lemon leaves that grow in MITOSAYA's garden are added to the syrup to create a refreshing syrup with the aroma of jasmine flowers transferred to it.
The lemon leaves, which do not easily develop bitterness, are filled with a blue fragrance and the special floral aroma of citrus fruits. This combination was inspired by the strong aroma of jasmine, which gives off a scent similar to that of neroli.
It can be mixed with sparkling water or ice for a refreshing drink. We also recommend using it as a salad dressing with your favorite vinegar or oil.
Approx. 1 tablespoon or one glass of dilution is recommended.
