MIKAN PEEL "CACAO"

We used the peel of summer mandarins harvested from the garden. We used brown sugar and red sugar in the stewing process, and further stewing it with coffee husks (coffee bean skins) to create a rich, black peel.
Cocoa husks and crushed cocoa nibs are coated in a sugar coating made with brown sugar, combining the acidity of citrus with the rich aroma and flavor of cocoa.
