This brandy was born from an attempt to find a new way to utilize red wine that was past its drinking age.

The wine used was a red Bordeaux wine from Chateau Les Graves (80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon).
The distilled raw liquor is aged in stainless steel tanks and then infused with mellow passion fruit peels grown at Ryo's Farm in Minami Boso.

The deep aroma of red wine is combined with the gorgeousness of tropical fruits, creating a fresh yet deep flavor. The refreshing acidity and slight bitterness of passion fruit add an accent, leaving a light and pleasant aftertaste.

This wine is given new life, changes over time, and creates new value - a bottle worthy of the name "SABLIER" (hourglass).

This brandy is the result of an attempt to make use of red wine that is past its prime in a new way. The distilled alcohol is aged in stainless steel tanks without the use of barrels. The distilled alcohol is then aged in stainless steel tanks and macerated with passion fruit peels grown at Ryo's Farm in Chiba, Japan.

The deep aroma derived from red wine is combined with the gorgeous tropical fruit, resulting in a fresh yet deep flavor. The refreshing acidity and slight bitterness of passion fruit accentuate the light and pleasant aftertaste.
