RED HEATと同じく、手島香辛庵の香川本鷹を使ったスピリッツ。青唐辛子バージョンは、唐辛子を炭火でスモークし、樽熟成したオレンジピールのスピリッツに浸漬しました。爽やかな香りとスパイシーな味合いのコントラストが面白くて、ロックやハイボールで楽しめます。

カクテルのアクセントにもおすすめです。

Like RED HEAT, this spirit is made with Kagawa honthaka. In the green pepper version, chili peppers are smoked over charcoal and steeped in a barrel-aged orange peel spirit. The contrast between the fresh aroma and spicy flavor is interesting and can be enjoyed on the rocks or in a highball.

It is also recommended as an accent in cocktails.
