レザーブランド、Hender Schemeとのコラボレーション。

口に入れても問題のない革を探し続けたHender Schemeとmitosayaがたどり着いたのは、鹿の皮。通常のなめし工程で使うタンニンや薬剤を使わずに、鹿の皮に付着した不純物を全て手作業で取り除いた生皮です。

人類が初めて身につけたと言われる鹿革と、冬の山に蔓性の真っ赤な実をつける和胡椒、フウトウカズラのスパイシーなスピリッツをオークバレルで熟成しました。

干草のような穏やかな野生味と、和胡椒の爽やかな刺激の組み合わせ。期せずして生まれた山に居る素材のコンビネーションをグラスの中でお楽しみいただけます。

Hender Schemeによるレザーラベル、特製のボトルバッグが付属します。

Collaboration with leather brand Hender Scheme.

Hender Scheme and mitosaya have been searching for a leather that is safe to put in the mouth. The raw skin is made by manually removing all impurities from the deer skin without using tannin or chemicals that are normally used in the tanning process.

Deerskin, which is said to have been worn for the first time by mankind, and the spicy spirit of Japanese pepper and foutoukazura, a vine that produces bright red berries in the mountains in winter, are aged in oak barrels.

The combination of the mild wildness of the hay and the refreshing pungency of the Japanese pepper. You can enjoy this unexpected combination of ingredients from the mountains in a glass.

Comes with a leather label by Hender Scheme and a special bottle bag.
