This spirit is made using real wasabi from Jizodo in Nakaizu, a region located almost in the center of the Izu Peninsula and known for producing high-quality wasabi. Real wasabi, which has a deep, dark green stem and a reddish rhizome at the base of the leaves, has a strong spiciness with a hint of sweetness and a refreshing aroma, and the leaves and stems also have a youthful spiciness.

The roots, stems and leaves make up 10kg. The roots are carefully grated and soaked in rice spirits. After soaking for three months, it is distilled.

With a vivid and strong combination of stimulation, we have created an experimental product that is comparable to the enemy's ultimate weapon, WASABI POISON, in the movie "Isle of Dogs." We have named it Wasabi Poison.

It goes well with Japanese food when mixed with soda or straight. It can also be enjoyed as an accent for cocktails or as a flavoring for food.

This is a spirit made with premium wasabi from Jizodo, a region in Naka-Izu located near the center of the Izu Peninsula, known for producing high-quality wasabi. Characterized by its deep, vibrant green stems and reddish rhizomes at the base of the leaves, this wasabi delivers a bold spiciness with subtle sweetness and a refreshing aroma. Its leaves and stems also offer a youthful sharpness.

Over 10 kilograms of grated wasabi, including the roots, stems, and leaves, are infused into rice spirits. After a slow and thorough infusion process, the mixture is distilled to create a spirit that combines vivid and intense stimulation.

Inspired by the ultimate weapon "WASABI POISON" from the movie Isle of Dogs , we named this experimental creation Wasabi Poizon . Enjoy it straight, or mix it with soda for a perfect pairing with Japanese cuisine. It also works well as a cocktail twist or as an aromatic addition to your cooking.
