We would like to inform you of the May schedule for mitosaya and CAN-PANY.

💐 FRAGRANT GARDEN | 5/10 (Sat) - 5/11 (Sun)
A two-day event themed on fragrance, held in the garden and greenhouse of mitosaya. Perfume, distillation, plants, sweets, music - a weekend of tasting, layering, and enjoying various forms of fragrance.
🌞Opening days | Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 17:00 Anyone can feel free to stroll around mitosaya. Please also use the shop YA and the empty bottle collection area MI.
Release dates in May: 5/2, 3, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31
Guided tours are also available (with the cooperation of Fukagawa Distillery / Rikashitsu , the distillery tour includes a distillation experience using a Ricaroma still).
Farming Friday will also be held on Friday morning. Anyone interested in farm work is welcome to join us.
🍞 Bread YA
Freshly baked bread will be delivered from local bakeries according to the following schedule:
・Week 1: ACOUSTIC & Bread & Coffee (Isumi City, Chiba Prefecture)
・Week 2: Pain récit (Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture)
・Week 3: Donner (Ohara Port)
Week 4: Isen ( Chose Village)
*The timing of lining up at the store will vary depending on your arrival time.

CAN-PANY mocktails will be available at the event "Fragrant Garden" held at mitosaya.
🥯 Tabi Bagel, Early Summer Business Trip to Tokyo | May 16th (Fri) and 17th (Sat)
Tabi Bagel , a popular bagel shop from Marugame, Kagawa, will be appearing at CAN-PANY for two days only.
Enjoy bagels, scones, jams and spices along with chatting with the owner and CAN-PANY drinks.
♥ ️Simoun (Special business hours) | May 16th (Friday)
The non-alcoholic drink bar "Simoun" is usually open on Wednesdays, but this month it will be open on Friday nights.
A collaboration night with Tabi Bagel ( @hebimichio ), enjoy the marriage of cocktails and bagels.
🥤New Product Launch | Friday, May 23
We will be releasing new CAN-PANY products. Look forward to the perfect flavors for early summer!

🚉 JR East Startup Program DEMO DAY | Monday, May 27th
CAN-PANY will be speaking at the DEMO DAY of the Startup Program hosted by JR East.

🌴Hideyuki Yamano Exhibition — Pineal Luminescence | May 30th (Fri)
An exhibition by Takaiyama's Yamano Hideyuki, who also designed mitosaya.
The event will be held at the Luft shop in Okinawa from Thursday, May 22nd to Sunday, May 25th and from Thursday, May 29th to Sunday, June 1st.
At the closing party on May 30th, mitosaya will be providing drinks.

🌞 Open Days ｜Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to around 17:00
Everyone is welcome to explore the grounds of mitosaya. The YA shop and MI bottle return are also open.

Guided tours also available ( click here ) – currently without the distiller, due to equipment replacement.
