💐 FRAGRANT GARDEN | 5/10（土）- 5/11（日）
香りをテーマに、mitosayaの庭と温室を舞台に開催される2日間限定のイベント。香水、蒸留、植物、菓子、音楽——さまざまな香りの形を味わい、重ね、楽しむ週末をお届けします。
🌞 公開日｜毎週金曜日・土曜日 10:00〜17:00ころまで
どなたでも気軽にmitosaya内を散策いただけます。ショップ YA、空きボトル回収 MIもご利用ください。
5月の公開日：5/2, 3, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31
ガイド付きのツアーも開催中（蒸留所ツアーは、深川蒸留所／リカシツの協力のもと、リカロマの蒸留器を使って蒸留体験を行います）
金曜午前中はFarming Fridayも開催。農作業にご興味ある方も歓迎です。
🍞 パンYA
以下のスケジュールで各地のパン屋さんから焼き立てパンが届きます：
・第1週：ACOUSTIC & Bread & Coffee（千葉県いすみ市）
・第2週：Pain récit（栃木県佐野市）
・第3週：Donner（大原港）
・第4週：人舟（いせん）（長生村）
※到着時間により店頭に並ぶタイミングが異なります。

mitosayaで開催されるイベント「Fragrant Garden」にて、CAN-PANYのモクテルを提供します。
🥯 旅ベーグル、初夏の東京出張 | 5月16日（金）、17日（土）
香川・丸亀の人気ベーグル店「旅ベーグル」が2日間限定でCAN-PANYに登場。
ベーグルやスコーン、ジャムやスパイスを、店主のおしゃべり＆CAN-PANYのドリンクと一緒にどうぞ。

通常は水曜営業のノンアルDrink Bar「シムーン」は、今月は金曜夜に特別オープン。
旅ベーグル（@hebimichio）とのコラボナイト、カクテルとベーグルのマリアージュをお楽しみください。

🚉 JR東日本スタートアッププログラム DEMO DAY | 5月27日（月）
CAN-PANYが、JR東日本主催の「スタートアッププログラム」DEMO DAYに登壇します。
会場：新宿LUMINE0（ルミネゼロ）
🌴 山野英之展 — 松果発光 | 5月30日 (金)
mitosayaのデザインも手掛けるTAKAIYAMA・山野英之さんの展覧会。
5月22日（木）～25日（日）、29日（木）～6月1日（日）に沖縄・Luft shopにて開催。
5/30のクロージングパーティーでは、mitosayaがドリンクを提供します。

💐 FRAGRANT GARDEN | May 10 (Sat) – May 11 (Sun)
A two-day event themed around fragrance, held in the garden and greenhouse of mitosaya. Enjoy a weekend of perfumes, distillation, plants, sweets, and music—all celebrating the world of scent.
🌞 Open Days｜Every Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to around 17:00
Everyone is welcome to explore the grounds of mitosaya. The YA shop and MI bottle return are also open.
May open days: 5/2, 3, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31
Guided tours also available (click here) – currently without the distiller, due to equipment replacement.
"Farming Friday" also takes place on Friday mornings. Anyone interested in farm work is welcome!
🍞 Pan YA
Freshly baked bread delivered weekly from local bakeries:
・Week 1: ACOUSTIC & Bread & Coffee (Isumi, Chiba)
・Week 2: Pain récit (Sano, Tochigi)
・Week 3: Donner (Ohara Port)
・Week 4: Hitofune (Isen) (Chosei Village)
*Arrival times may affect in-store availability.

🥯 Tabi Bagel Pop-up in Tokyo | May 16 (Fri), 17 (Sat)
Popular bagel shop "Tabi Bagel" from Marugame, Kagawa will appear at CAN-PANY for two days only.
Enjoy bagels, scones, jams, and spices with conversation from the owner and drinks from CAN-PANY.
♥️ Shimun (Special Night Opening) | May 16 (Fri)
The non-alcoholic drink bar "Shimun", usually open on Wednesdays, will open specially on Friday night this month.
Enjoy a collaborative night with Tabi Bagel (@hebimichio)—perfect pairings of cocktails and bagels.
🥤 New Product Launch | May 23 (Fri)
CAN-PANY will release a new drink. Look forward to a refreshing flavor perfect for early summer!

🌴 Hideyuki Yamano Exhibition – Pinecone Luminescence | May 30 (Fri)
An exhibition by Hideyuki Yamano of TAKAIYAMA, who also designs for mitosaya.
Held at Luft Shop in Okinawa from May 22–25 and May 29–June 1.
mitosaya will serve drinks at the closing party on May 30.
