13 things made at mitosaya herb garden distillery

Mitosaya's six years of life have been compiled into a book.

We named the former herb garden mitosaya, and the first thing we did was to clean it up.
Old computers and Showa-era office supplies that were used when the facility was in operation as a medicinal herb garden. A huge number of exhibits including farm equipment that is no longer in use. Books such as Tomitaro Makino's botanical encyclopedia are now in order. The construction of the distillery began with simply clearing away all of this.
Amidst the endless cleaning, paperwork to be submitted, and anxiety about the future, what kept them going was "making things with our own hands."
They realized that "making it ourselves" ultimately shaped the place called mitosaya and gave it its own unique character.

We will introduce 13 things about mitosaya that were born from the act of "making."
