KANDISとは、主にドイツの伝統的な製法で作られたシロップ漬けの氷砂糖のことです。mitosayaの庭で摘んだ梅の花のシロップを使用し、オリジナルの薬草酒と一緒に氷砂糖を漬け込みました。ふわっと花やハーブの香りが広がるシロップを紅茶に混ぜたりパンケーキのトッピングなどにお使いください。氷砂糖をキャンディーのように口に入れて楽しんでいただくのもおすすめです。

“Kandis” is a traditional German-style rock sugar preserved in syrup. This version uses a syrup made from plum blossoms harvested in the mitosaya garden, combined with an original herbal liqueur. The syrup carries a soft floral and herbal aroma—enjoy it in tea, over pancakes, or simply taste the sugar crystals like candy.
