春から初夏にかけて庭に育つハーブや花を収穫し、すこしづつ丁寧に摘み取り集めた日々のハーブティー。

種類の異なる珍しいバジルやミントを中心に、レモン系の香り、甘やかですっとした清々しい香りを集めて20種にもなりました。湯気の中に複雑に膨らんでいく香りをお楽しみください。一口ごとに、夏の疲れが癒やされるような優しい味わいです。

100mlに対して1gほどの茶葉が目安です。熱湯を注いで5分ほどからお好みで抽出時間を長くしていただいても大丈夫。はじめの香りをぜひ、楽しんでいただけたらと思います。

A daily herbal tea made from carefully handpicked herbs and flowers harvested from spring to early summer in our garden. Centered on unique basil and mint varieties, joined by lemon-scented herbs and gently sweet refreshing aromas, a total of 20 kinds were gathered. Enjoy the expanding, complex fragrance rising with the steam.

Each sip brings a soothing taste to ease summer fatigue.

Recommended ratio: about 1g of tea per 100ml water. Steep in boiling water for 5 minutes or longer depending on preference. Be sure to savor the opening fragrance.
