庭の畑に美しい色をたたえながら育つ赤紫蘇をシロップに。

ベースに葡萄やハスカップの甘酸っぱい赤い果実を煮込み、赤紫蘇との組み合わせで味わいも濃厚で深い味わいに。仕上げにフレッシュなイブキジャコウソウ（原種のタイム）をたっぷり加えてより豊かな香りを楽しめる、美しい色合いのシロップに仕上がりました。

炭酸水やお水で割っていただくか、ジントニックやハイボールなどのカジュアルなカクテルの香り付けにも。

ビネガーやオイルと混ぜ合わせてドレッシングとしても活用できます。

This syrup is made from red shiso grown beautifully in the garden.

Grapes and haskap berries are simmered to form the base, combined with red shiso for richness and depth. Finally, plenty of fresh wild thyme (Ibuki jakousou) is added, enhancing the fragrance and finishing in a vivid-colored syrup.

Enjoy with soda or water, or use as an aromatic accent in casual cocktails such as gin and tonic or highball. It can also be mixed with vinegar and oil for use as a dressing
