NEROLI SYRUP / Citrus petal syrup

At this time of year, the sweet fragrance of citrus trees wafts through the air.
The bitter orange flower is officially called "neroli", but all citrus flowers are fragrant, not just oranges, so I call all the citrus flowers in my garden "neroli".
The pure white petals turn transparent and glossy as they are boiled down. The sugar content is the same as honey, and the flavor is very rich.
We recommend trying it as is with a small spoon. If you put it on hot food such as toast or pancakes, the aroma will rise up even more and you will feel happy.
Of course, you can also put it on yogurt or float it in a drink. Enjoy it just like neroli essential oil.
