STRAWBERRY & FLOWER JAM

A strawberry farm started by a young person has opened near where we live in Otaki Town.

We were given some freshly picked strawberries to make jam.
The beautifully cooked crimson jam is topped with cherry blossom and plum petals, also freshly picked from the garden, and flavored with gin from the herb-rich land of Croatia.

Enjoy this refreshing, soft and sweetly scented jam.
