薬草園のシンボルツリーでもある大きな杜仲の木。夏の間にこの木の若葉を採取し、発酵茶にしました。
杜仲は健康茶として親しまれていますが、独特の香りと清々しさが調和した、風味豊かなお茶でもあります。今回は、庭を代表するヤブニッケイや黒文字、毎年丹精込めて育てている春ウコンをブレンドしました。
優しくもシャープな甘みが湯気にのり、ひと口含めばコクのある味わいが広がります。少し時間をかけてゆっくりと抽出するのがおすすめです。

The large Tochu tree, which serves as the symbol of our herb garden, stands proudly. During the summer, we harvest the young leaves of this tree and turn them into a fermented tea. Tochu is cherished as a health tea, known for its unique aroma and refreshing balance, resulting in a tea full of rich flavor./p>

This time, we've blended in representative plants of our garden, such as Yabunikkei (Cinnamon), Kuro-moji, and the spring turmeric that we carefully cultivate each year. The gentle yet sharp sweetness rises with the steam, and with every sip, a rich taste spreads across the palate. We recommend a slow extraction for the best flavor.
