LE LECTIER MOROMI SAUCE

This sauce is made using the mash produced during the production of Le Lectier distilled liquor from Niigata.

The umami of the fermented fruit, the acidity of the balsamic vinegar, and the mellow sweetness of the sake lees all come together to bring out their best when used in cooking.

This time, we added just enough balsamic vinegar to make a sweet and sour sauce that supports the refreshing acidity of Le Lectier. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as marinating meat, as a hot pot sauce, or as a finishing touch to vegetable dishes.
