新潟産のル レクチエの蒸留酒の製造過程で出るもろみを活用したソースです。
発酵果実の旨味、バルサミコビネガーの酸味、酒粕のまろやかな甘味がまとまって、お料理に使っていただくことでよりその魅力を発揮します。
今回は、ル レクチエの爽やかな酸味を下支えする程度のバルサミコを加えた甘酸っぱいソースに。お肉の漬け込みはもちろん、鍋のタレ、野菜料理の仕上げにかけたりと、用途は様々です。

A sauce made using the mash produced during the distillation of Le Lectier pears from Niigata.
This sauce combines the rich umami of fermented fruit, the tangy acidity of balsamic vinegar, and the mellow sweetness of sake lees, enhancing the flavors of any dish it’s paired with.
This time, we created a sweet and tangy sauce with just enough balsamic vinegar to complement the refreshing tartness of the Le Lectier pears. Perfect for marinating meats, as a dipping sauce for hot pots, or as a finishing touch for vegetable dishes—the possibilities are endless.
Get creative and enjoy experimenting with it in various recipes!
