- ¥1,944 Out of Stock

Sales start from 10:00 on Sunday, December 22nd
This is an original toso drink, packed in its original form with 21 kinds of seasonal medicinal herbs collected from mitosaya's garden.
Originally, it is customary to soak it in sake or mirin on New Year's Eve and drink it during the New Year holidays, but you can also enjoy it in any way you like, such as boiling it with milk to make chai, or extracting it with tea to make a herbal blend tea.
Recommended usage・Enjoy the aroma and shape of each herb by soaking it in sake, white wine, or mirin. Add about half the amount of TOSO to about 500ml of sake and soak for a few hours to overnight. You can choose a sweet or dry alcoholic drink as you like. We also recommend homemade vermouth based on wine.
・To enjoy it like chai, break off an appropriate amount and place in a pot, add water and boil for a few minutes. Add milk and bring to a boil, then add sugar or honey to taste.
・Blend into tea Add TOSO to your favorite tea leaves and pour in boiling water. Enjoy the unique aroma.
