When persimmon leaves ferment, they give off a sweet aroma similar to baked goods. The fermented tea is then roasted in a copper pot to add a fragrant flavor, and is blended with the sweet aroma of cinnamon leaves and roots, and the refreshing flavor of black tea.

The beautiful kudzu flowers and bush clover flowers sway in the tea, making it a perfect match for the changing seasons.

Pour in cooled hot water and wait a little longer than usual. The tea will not become more bitter, but will instead become sweeter and more complex in flavor.

This tea was served with persimmon yokan at the "Tenoshima Autumn Blessings Dinner Party." It goes very well with Japanese sweets, so I highly recommend it.

When fermented, persimmon leaves have a sweet aroma like baked goods. The fermented tea is further roasted slowly in a copper pot to add fragrance, and blended with the sweet aroma of ku gui leaves and ku gui root, and the freshness of kuromoji.

Kudzu flowers and hagi flowers shimmer in the tea, creating a beautiful tea that goes well with the changing seasons.

Pour in one cup of cooled water and wait longer than usual. It will not become more astringent, but sweeter and more complex.

We served this tea with persimmon yokan at the “Tenoshima Autumn Blessings Party“. We recommend it as it goes very well with Japanese sweets.
