This marmalade is made from navel orange peels from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture and plenty of lemon juice from Amatachiyama. It is finished with the scent of thyme flowers and lavender freshly picked from the garden. You can enjoy the crisp, pleasant acidity of the lemon and the complex aroma of herbs and flowers.

This marmalade is made with the rind of navels from Eguchi Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture and the juice of a generous amount of lemons from Sweet Tachibana Mountain.
