This jam is made with strawberries pollinated by honeybees from Daichi Farm, a strawberry farm in Onjuku, and is topped with plenty of roses and peonies picked from the garden.
The ingredients, which had been growing healthily in the soil until just before, are prepared in the nearby kitchen. The fresh scent of mitosaya's citrus "KANKITSU CITRUS CUVEE" adds a touch of elegance.
Try it on your toast or yogurt for breakfast, as a dessert accompaniment, or in your tea.

KANKITSU CITRUS CUVEE, made with citrus fruits from mitosaya, adds a fresh aroma to the jam. Enjoy it on toast or yogurt for breakfast, with dessert, added to tea, etc.
