千葉に住むようになって、染井吉野だけでなく、様々な桜が季節の順を追って咲くことも知りました。

花が散った後の若葉のみを摘んで作るこの桜の発酵茶はデンマークのレストランnomaの昨年のビバレッジメニューの中に入りました。

mitosayaオリジナルはこの発酵茶に、季節それぞれに庭で摘み取った春の花を散りばめて、より花の香りを楽しめるお茶になっています。

口の中で春が咲く。ぜひ庭の景色を想像しながら楽しんでください。

すこし冷ましたお湯が抽出にはちょうどよく、水出しでも上品な香りが楽しめます。

This fermented cherry blossom tea, made by picking only the young leaves after the flowers have fallen, was on the beverage menu last year at the restaurant noma in Denmark.

The original mitosaya tea is made from this fermented tea and sprinkled with spring flowers picked from the garden in each season to create a tea with a more floral aroma.

Spring blooms in your mouth. Please enjoy it while imagining the scenery of the garden.

Slightly cooled water is perfect for brewing, but you can also enjoy the elegant aroma when brewed with water.
