Two large Eucommia trees stand guard over the mitosaya garden. While the surrounding trees are getting old, these trees maintain their splendid appearance and grow lush with green leaves every year.
The green leaves harvested during the summer are slowly roasted in a copper pot.
In addition to the leaves and excavated roots of cinnamon, which is also the symbolic tree of the herb garden, there are also plum blossoms that have just bloomed in the spring and the bark of ripe turnips. All of these materials are representative plants of mitosaya.
