この季節に必ず作る、体を温めてくれる材料を集めて作るジンジャーシロップ。 庭の果実の果汁をたっぷり使用し、ハーブやスパイスの香りに、ポイントは夏に庭を彩っていたジンジャーの花をたっぷり加えたことです。

夏の毎日、ジンジャーの花を摘んではビネガーに漬けて作った香り酢に、仕上げに生の花。

同じ生姜科でも生姜とジンジャーは違い、ジンジャーの根を掘っても生姜はでてきません。

花も、生姜のような香りであっても、もっと、繊細で、可憐な香りで、本当ならば、直接この花の香りを手渡したいくらいなのですが、それがむづかしいのでシロップにそれを移してみなさんに楽しんでもらいたいと思います。

この季節ならば、お湯割りで、より湯気にのった香りを楽しむことができます。
