Ginger syrup is a must-make this season, made from ingredients that will warm you up. It uses plenty of fruit juice from the garden, and is flavored with herbs and spices. The key is adding lots of ginger flowers that decorated the garden in the summer.
Every day in the summer, ginger flowers are picked and soaked in vinegar to make fragrant vinegar, and the fresh flowers are used as a finishing touch.
Although they are both in the ginger family, ginger and ginger are different, and if you dig up a ginger root, you will not find ginger.
Although the flowers have a ginger-like scent, it is more delicate and lovely, and I wish I could hand the scent of these flowers to you directly, but since that is difficult, I have decided to transfer it into a syrup so that everyone can enjoy it.
In this season, you can enjoy the aroma carried by the steam by mixing it with hot water.
