Plums are mysteriously a transparent fruit whose character changes subtly depending on what it is paired with. They are similar to plums in the same family, but with the added color, they also have a strawberry-like flavor.

This time, we have luxuriously added the fragrant sweetness of rose flowers and vanilla beans to ripe plums from Yamanashi.

The strawberry liqueur and White Berry Bouquet added at the end make the plum taste almost like a berry, so we hope you enjoy this change. The generous addition of vanilla beans also adds a subtle crunch that is very pleasant.

In this case, I added the luxurious flavor of ripe plums from Yamanashi with the aromatic sweetness of roses and vanilla beans.
