This blended tea has a refreshing yet gorgeous aroma, made with fragrant Uji Bancha tea as a base and layered with aromatic herbs.
We added plenty of lavender with an elegant aroma from Biei, Hokkaido to the red shiso and basil grown in our garden. The loquat leaves we received from a local family turn into fruity tea leaves when fermented. Each plant is unique, with different places and landscapes where they were picked, but when they are combined, they come together in a mysteriously perfect blend.
This is a tea that is perfect for the season, as it gives you a sense of autumn.

A blend of fragrant Uji-bancha tea and fragrant herbs are layered to create a refreshing yet gorgeous aroma.
Red shiso and basil grown in our garden are combined with a generous amount of lavender from Biei, Hokkaido, which has an elegant fragrance. Biwa (loquat) leaves from a local family are fermented to produce a fruity tea with a more fruity flavor. Each plant is unique, with its own unique characteristics, but when they are combined, they strangely come together to form a single blend.
This tea is a perfect match for the feeling of autumn and the season.
