大磯のティーショップ、「TEHANDEL」から取り寄せる大好きな茶葉「BLUE STAR」を使用しました。
名の通り夜空に散りばめられた青い星のようなイメージの茶葉に、口当たりが爽やかなミント、味わい深い萩の葉をブレンドした、清々しさと華やかさをその一口で味わえるmitosayaの定番です。
箱を開けた瞬間の香りは幸福そのもの。まずはポプリのように楽しんでみてください。お湯で抽出するのはもちろん、多めに茶葉を使用してつくる水出しもおすすめです。

We used our favorite tea leaves "BLUE STAR" from TEHANDEL, a tea store in Oiso.
As the name implies, the tea leaves resemble blue stars scattered in the night sky.
Blended with refreshing mint and richly flavored hagi leaves, it is a mitosaya staple that offers freshness and gorgeousness in every sip.
The moment you open the box, the aroma is happiness itself. First, enjoy it like a potpourri. We recommend brewing the tea with hot water or using a larger amount of tea leaves to make mizudashi.
We hope you will enjoy this blend in the transitional season from hot and humid summer to autumn when the sky is high.
