I used my favorite tea leaves, "BLUE STAR," which I order from TEHANDEL , a tea shop in Oiso.
As the name suggests, the tea leaves are shaped like blue stars scattered across the night sky, and are blended with refreshing mint and flavorful bush clover leaves, making this a mitosaya classic that offers a refreshing and elegant taste in just one sip.
The aroma that greets you the moment you open the box is pure happiness. First, enjoy it like a potpourri. Of course, you can brew it with hot water, but we also recommend brewing it with cold water using a large amount of tea leaves.
This is a blend that you should definitely try as the humid summer transitions into the high skies of autumn.
