The Iromoji tree that was planted three years ago has been growing well. Iromoji is a collective name for "blue characters," "white characters," and "black characters." It is not a common name, but if you are a mitosaya fan, you may know that it is the colored character for "iromoji" sake.

The first step in making tea is to tear off a leaf, rub it in your hands and check the aroma.

These leaves had an amazingly strong fragrance so I decided to make tea out of them.

The gorgeousness of plum blossoms is added to the fresh, green fragrance. You can brew it with hot water and enjoy the aroma of the warm steam, or you can let it cool as cold tea, which will give you a clearer taste.

I decided to make tea from these leaves, which gave off a surprisingly intense aroma.

I put on the fragrance of lushness and the gorgeousness of plum blossoms. We recommend brewing the tea with hot water and enjoying the aroma of the warm steam, or cooling it as is for a cold tea that will give you a clear taste.
