3年前に植えた色文字の木がしげしげと育ってきました。色文字とは、「青文字」「白文字」「黒文字」をまとめて称した名前。一般的な呼び名ではありませんが、mitosayaファンでしたら、「iromoji」のお酒の色文字であるということはご存知かもしれません。

葉をちぎり、手のひらでもみしだいて香りを確かめる行為はお茶作りの最初の作法。

驚くほどの鮮烈な香りを放ったこの葉たちをお茶にしようと決めました。

青々しく抜ける香りに載せたのは梅の花の華やかさ。お湯で淹れてから、温かい湯気の香りを楽しんでいただくのはもちろん、そのまま冷まして冷茶としても、味わいがくっきりと感じられおすすめです。

The colored letter tree planted three years ago has grown sullenly. Iro-moji is the name given to a group of "blue," "white," and "black" characters. It is not a common name, but if you are a fan of mitosaya, you may know that it is the color of the "iromoji" sake.

The first step in the tea-making process is to tear off a leaf and rub it between the palms of your hands to check the aroma.

I decided to make tea from these leaves, which gave off a surprisingly intense aroma.

I put on the fragrance of lushness and the gorgeousness of plum blossoms. We recommend brewing the tea with hot water and enjoying the aroma of the warm steam, or cooling it as is for a cold tea that will give you a clear taste.
