This jam is made with figs from Kawashima and vanilla beans soaked in brandy made with "Genuine Vanilla Extract." Palo Santo wood chips are added during the manufacturing process to slowly infuse the aroma.

The drink is finished with a generous amount of the aroma of the eau-de-vie "FIG CASK," which combines the unique blue aroma of figs with a barrel aroma. Please also enjoy the texture of the popping vanilla beans in the creamy flavor.

This jam is made with figs from Kawashima, made with "Genuine Vanilla Extract" and vanilla beans soaked in brandy. During the production process, a piece of Palo Santo wood was added to slowly transfer the aroma.

The unique blue aroma of figs with a hint of oaky eau-de-vie "FIG CASK" is added generously as a finishing touch. Please enjoy the texture of the vanilla bean that pops in the middle of the melty texture.
