The most enjoyable part of making tea is making botanical tea that is mixed with an abundance of seasonal flowers.

These flowers are picked by hand. It is a painstaking task to carefully pick and collect them one by one, day after day, but we work hard with anticipation, always looking forward to seeing them become this gorgeous tea.

The base we chose this time was "Major Williamson", an Earl Grey tea scented with jasmine, rose, and bergamot, ordered from TEHANDEL in Oiso.

The moment you open the box, you will be greeted with a scent reminiscent of a bouquet of spring flowers.

If you brew the tea in a glass teapot, you can see the flowers change color in the water.

The aroma transfers well even when brewed in water, so be sure to have it ready for tea time on a hot day.

This time, I chose "MajorWilliamson" from TEHANDEL in Oiso as the base, an Earl Gray with jasmine, rose, and bergamot flavors on the tea leaves.

If brewed in a glass tea cup, you will be able to see the color of the flowers change in the hot water.

The aroma is also well absorbed even when brewed with water, so please be sure to prepare it for your tea time on hot days.
