NAVEL AND GUAVA JAM

We made a refreshing jam using the mash left over from distilling navel oranges.

Even after distillation, the citrus aroma remains strong, and greenhouse-grown guavas are added to the rich, flavorful liquid to give it the thickness of jam and the flavor of tropical fruit.

By adding mint distilled liquor to fresh mint, we have created a refreshing finish that is perfect for early summer.

Spread it generously on toast or pour it over yogurt.

The citrus aroma remains even after distillation, and guava from the greenhouse is added to the richly flavored liquid to thicken it as a jam and give it a tropical fruit feel.

The addition of greenhouse guava gives the jam a thickened, tropical fruitiness.

The addition of fresh mint and mint distillate gives it a refreshing finish that is perfect for early summer.

Spread generously on toast. Pour over yogurt.
