苗目の井上隆太郎さんが、この特別な実のことを教えてくれました。

和胡椒とも呼ばれ、かじると胡椒のようなスパイシーな香りがして、しかしながら辛くはない。なんとも独特、他にはない味わいに、すっかりみんな興味津々です。

このフウトウカズラ、実をくずしたり、香りだけを生かしたりと何度か活用はしているのですが、この姿かたちのままをみなさんにお届けしたく、塩水に漬けて瓶に詰めたものを作りました。

お料理のアクセントに、スープの隠し味に、アイデア次第で色々と活用してみてください。

Mr. Ryutaro Inoue of Naeme told me about this special fruit.

It is also called Japanese pepper, and when you bite into it, it has a spicy aroma like pepper, but not spicy. It has a unique and inimitable flavor.

Everyone was very interested in the unique taste.

We have already used this plant a few times, for example, by breaking up the berries and using only the aroma, but we wanted to offer it to you in its original form, so we soaked it in salt water and packed it in a bottle.

We hope you will try using it as an accent in dishes, as a secret ingredient in soups, and in many other ways, depending on your ideas.
