庭で夏から冬にかけて大切に収穫しては乾かしてきたハーブをたっぷりと混ぜ込んだハーブソルトです。
金木犀やハイビスカスの花の香りがアクセント。
雪の結晶のような大粒のフレーク状のソルトなので、肉料理、魚料理の仕上げにぱらっと振りかけるだけで、色合いも香りも特別な仕上がりになります。
スープ、サラダ、クラッカーの上にも、色々とご活用ください。

This herb salt is a mixture of herbs that have been carefully harvested and dried in the garden from summer to winter. It is accented with the fragrance of golden osmanthus and hibiscus flowers.
The salt is in the form of large snowflake-like flakes, so just a quick sprinkle on meat and fish dishes will give them a special color and aroma.
Use it in soups, salads, on crackers, and in many other ways.
