This jam is made from strawberries grown in Otaki and exceptionally fragrant vanilla beans imported directly from Madagascar.
The mint brandy added at the end, "MINT TRICOLOR", gives off a faint, soft fragrance.
The deep red color will add a touch of elegance to your warm winter table.
